Parable of the Sower Day Fair!
for this iteration of Parable of the Sower Day we are hosting a Fair! think middle school Social Studies / Science Fair with the trifold boards. last fall I was a judge at my middle child’s middle school social studies fair and I was moved by the student’s well researched projects and the earnestness and enthusiasm with which they shared their projects and personal interest.

seed to seed: community garden
we are going to plant a garden bed of blooms as a farewell for now gift to emerald. if you have native flower seeds to plant in the garden bed or to share with the seed library please bring them with you. snacks and beverages to share are also welcome.
in addition to this project we have ample weeding to do, plants to get in the ground, harvesting and more.
we will be outdoors so please dress for the weather and your personal comfort. please bring a water bottle and sun protection. we could use donations of bug spray. gloves and other tools needed are supplied. all levels of experience welcome. children welcome with sustained adult attention.
